I had the Greek omelette, w/ crispy fries, side of bacon and coffee. Delicious. My only question, where's the bread? lol.

If you're looking for a pretty good AYCD brunch spot in BK then this is your spot. I would like to showcase the IMPECCABLE customer service. The food however was pretty mid but great for a AYCD brunch. I'll definitely be back.

Visited Verde on Smith for brunch and really enjoyed my french toast with a side of turkey sausage. The french toast wasn't too sweet and the edges were perfectly crisp while the rest of the french toast was fluffy and soft! We did not indulge in any of their 1 hour unlimited mimosa offer, but it was nice to know that is an option on their brunch menu. The staff was friendly and efficient. The outdoor seating area also has a nice covering that the staff can open or close if the sun is shining in too brightly on customers. The tables were spaced out at a nice distance so it didn't feel as if we were sitting on top of other people.

This is my third or fourth time here and it never disappoints! Bottomless mimosas and the Eggs Florentine is my perfect combination. The service is on point, the food and drinks come out fast, and the vibes are nice and chill. A staple brunch/lunch spot in my opinion for any day

Great place to have a meal with friends - had the French toast the 1st time I went - perfectly made and crunchy where it should be. Had the Kobe burger the other day with cheddar - I thoroughly enjoyed it- though my medium burger was well done but still good and edible. Has seating on the street and in a backyard garden - cute vibes

It's time to let bygones be bygones. Yes, in 2011, some waiter here decided to bring me a sausage dish without sausage, and I took that personally. But in the ensuing 13 years, Verde on Smith has changed ownership, changed staff, and is essentially an entirely different restaurant. It's no longer just a nice little Italian joint; Verde has now a built itself into a nice little Italian joint that also doubles as an AYCD birthday brunch powerhouse on Smith Street. Whether or not you're in the market for a bottomless brunch, this is a good spot for your group. (My toddler taps out after two or three mimosas, so it's not really worth it for us.) The menu is full of Italian staples that are executed solidly (chicken parm, lasagna bolognese, spaghetti carbonara, etc.), if not remarkably, and there's something for everyone (including burgers, steaks, wings, chicken fingers and fries if you're not in an Italian mood). There is usually a table available, and the service has been uniformly excellent the last few times we've been in (almost too attentive), and they are trying to turn tables so you won't wait too long. All in all, Verde is often a last-minute choice for us when we have four or more, didn't make a reservation, and need a spot that appeals to all. And it delivers.

Possibly the best Italian spot in Brooklyn. I came for dinner on a weekday and didn't need reservation, although I know it gets packed for brunch on weekends. I got baked clams and crab cake. The baked clams were so good and big, you don't really find baked clams as big anywhere in BK as they offer here. The crab cakes were way too small for the price but it's okay. I was surprised with the complimentary bread with diced tomato on top, it was a nice surprise. The carbonara was so so good. It would've been nice to have chopped mushrooms in it too but it was so so good already. It leaves me feeling warm instead way after I finish swallowing a bite of it. It gives me that wholesome warm full fuzzy feeling authentic Italian pasta should. We also got steak on the side for an extra 8 dollars and let me tell you... the steak is sliced thin so that you can really savor the taste for what it is. The flavors reminds me of the steak you get from Los Tacos No. 1 (best taco spot) and that is so so hard to find. I definitely want to try coming here for brunch one day as well .

This is a very Brookyn restaurant. Located on a main street, I highly suggest a reservation for the small space. I will definitely return on a future visit. GLOWS: -Very niche decor and atmosphere. -The service was friendly, although on the slower side -They have pretty fair prices for the amount of food you get. -I appreciated that I ate all of my food and didn't feel sluggish after indulging GROWS: -Service is on the slower side. Don't be in a rush when coming here. You can surely have a 2 hour dining experience based on the way things are paced out. -I wish the french toast side was bigger!

Hallelujah, a quality brunch spot that actually takes reservations! It's a Brooklyn miracle. You can never go wrong with the steak and eggs. It's my go-to order here. The steak is always juicy and perfectly cooked (medium rare for me), which you wouldn't think is such a rarity but it is... even at steakhouses. Anyway, I digress. The savory chicken crepe is also tasty. On my last visit, my group of six also shared two pitchers of bellinis: mango and peach. Both were great, but we were all surprised to find ourselves enjoying the peach more, considering how mild that flavor can be compared to mango. One thing that we learned firsthand: Give your pitchers a nice stir before pouring, unless you just want lightly flavored sparkling wine, since all the fruity goodness settles at the bottom.
